General rules:

1- Qualified Users

The following users can use all sports facilities during business hours with a valid AIU ID:
STUDENTS ENROLLED
Staff.
The teaching body members
University graduates.

2- Personal property

Lockers are available in the changing rooms during working hours and are not used for overnight storage at closing time. Personal items will be removed and placed at the front desk. Missing / found items can be claimed upon verification at the reception desk.

3- Photography and video

It is prohibited to take pictures, videos or audios in the changing rooms and restrooms, the spa area, the swimming pool and the fitness centers for the purpose of the privacy of others.

4- Business hours

Sports Complex facilities are open from 9 AM to 5 PM from Saturday to Wednesday (closed on Thursday and Friday).
Sports facilities are closed during university holidays
 
 

Reservation:

 Reservations are given the first priority for educational use and organized sporting activities and all the remaining times will be used to accommodate students, faculty and staff at AIU. The administration reserves the right to restrict the use of facilities due to sporting activities, campus or special events. Individuals or teams can reserve indoor and outdoor sports fields through the following procedures:
  • Reservations for the property can be made in person at the Sports Complex reception
  • Reservation is required 48 hours prior to playing time.
  • Reservations are managed by reception staff during working hours and are accepted four days in advance.
  • AIU community members who book group sports facilities are not permitted to bring guests.
  • The person making the reservation must request that they be booked in person at the gym's reception desk and have to place the AIU ID 15 minutes before the reserved time period.
  • Stadiums that are not occupied within 15 minutes after the specified reservation time are available to other users on a first come, first-served basis.
  • Reservations are not permitted for two consecutive hours, and the same group may not reserve the same stadium for consecutive hours.
  • Ignoring the reservation policy and misusing it may revoke reservation privileges in the future.
  • University students, employees, faculty and alumni are entitled to reserve the facility.
  • All reservations expire 15 minutes before the sports facilities are closed.
