This Laboratory aims to provide students with practical experience in computer networks design, building, testing, and administration. Students are also trained on networks connections, security, and dedicated applications development.
The Lab has been equipped with modern equipment, including Switches, Routers, Access Points, Wireless Controller and its accessories like cables, cable testers and network performance testing tools. The Lab has been equipped, also with modern computers, on which we have installed required network applications software, such as network simulator and network packet analyzer.
The Lab has flexible design, which offers working as one integrated network, or as individual networks .It consists of eight network platforms tied together to make up(compose) a single integrated network, each platform can also operate as a separate network.

In each session, students walk through an experiment, step by step, using experiment’s tutorial. By following this approach, students learn practical experiences about network analysis, design, development and security techniques of most elaborated network systems used today.
