Students are accepted to register in the Faculty of Business Administration at the Arab International University according to one of the following methods:
Admission on the basis of the General Secondary Certificate, Scientific Branch: Holders of the Syrian General Certificate of Secondary Education, the scientific branch, or its equivalent (according to the equivalence rules approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research) are accepted. To register in the College of Business Administration in all open specialties in the college in the event that they achieve the minimum levels in high school (or equivalent) that are specified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for each type of accepted certificates. The university has the right to raise this limit or to request additional conditions (such as requiring the student to register for additional remedial courses), or to make a preference for admission. This is according to what is determined by the admission and registration policy at the university and for each semester separately.
Admission on the basis of the General Secondary Certificate, Scientific Branch: Holders of the Syrian General Certificate of Secondary Education, the literary branch, or its equivalent (the Sharia High school certificate for example according to the equivalence rules approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research) are accepted. To register in the College of Business Administration in the specialties of Marketing and Business Administration only in the event that they achieve the minimum levels in high school (or equivalent) that are specified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for each type of accepted certificates. The university has the right to raise this limit or to request additional conditions (such as requiring the student to register for additional remedial courses), or to make a preference for admission. This is according to what is determined by the admission and registration policy at the university and for each semester separately.
Admission based on intermediate institute certificate: Graduates of some Syrian intermediate institutes accredited by the Ministry can register in the College of Business Administration, according to the rules approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. In this case, the student may be exempted from a limited number of credit hours (or courses) according to the rules for equivalence of courses approved by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Transfer from other governmental or private colleges or universities: According to the rules approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. In this case, the student may be exempted from a limited number of credit hours (or courses) according to the rules for equivalence of courses approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
